My Story
Art has always been a substantial part of my life; My earliest childhood memories are of drawing and enlivening stories or sitting in my favorite magnolia tree sketching the world that surrounded me. At age ten, I received a Kodak disk camera; I have been recording my life in photos ever since.
I received a BFA in photography from The Atlanta College of Art (now Savannah College of Art in Atlanta) and a BS in Art Education from Middle Tennessee State University. I have worked as an outdoor environmental education instructor and art teacher; I have owned my own stationery company; I have painted plates for Pottery Barn Kids; I was the Art Director/stager for Angela and The Stagers designing and staging homes. My Art has been used in homes staged for HGTV's Masters of Flip.
I am a professional photographer, and that is where my passion lays. I love recording special moments in other people's lives. Making other people happy through my photography is a gift I love to give.
Residing in Nashville, TN with my 2 dogs, 2 cats, and Wallace, my angora rabbit. I consider my greatest artistic achievement to be embodied in my two beautiful children, Camille and Griffin.
